Booking tickets

To the right you will be able to see the Theatre Under The Stars Schedule. When booking tickets you will be asked which performance slot you would like your ticket for. Please select the performance slot in which your child will be performing.

Performance Slot Ticket Times:

Saturday 4th AM = 9:30am - 2:30pm

Saturday 4th PM = 2:30pm - 7:15pm

Saturday 4th Full Day = 9:30am - 7:15pm

Sunday 5th AM = 8:30am - 2:30pm

Sunday 5th PM = 2:30pm - 7:15pm

Sunday 5th Full Day = 8:30am - 7:15pm

Full Weekend = Saturday 4th 9:30am - 7:15pm & Sunday 5th 8:30am - 7:15pm

We will be releasing our vendors closer to our festival date! If you, friends or family own a small business and would like to be a part of Theatre Under The Stars please follow the steps below:

We’re excited to welcome a range of local businesses, creatives, and independent traders to be part of Theatre Under the Stars, celebrating 20 years of The Star Project on 4th & 5th July 2026.

With our vendor area positioned alongside our MainStage performances, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business at a vibrant, family-focused festival, with 700+ expected attendees across the weekend.

Once submitted, all applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure a varied and balanced selection of vendors for the event. Successful applicants will be contacted with confirmation details, pitch information, and payment instructions.

Pitch Prices

£50 – Full Day

£80 – Full Weekend

Spaces are limited and allocated in advance, so early applications are strongly encouraged. We can’t wait to celebrate under the stars with an incredible mix of performances, businesses, and festival atmosphere
